On the Crunch side, they are playing without another key offensive force once again. Vladdy Namestnikov was called up to Tampa earlier this week and scored in his first game back for the Crunch's parent club. But like I've stated before, this means someone needs to step up to replace Vladdy's offensive prowess and keep the goals coming for the Crunch. For new Cruncher Martindale, this is his opportunity to make a name for himself on the team and become a top player on for the team. On a good note, this marks the first game that Luke Witkowski will be back in the Crunch's lineup. He will most likely bring a revitalizing energy to the Syracuse defense that is hopefully going to stifle the Pirates.
